It is impossible for me to catch up, but I do want to wish fellow CZT, Adele Bruno, a Happy Belated Birthday for It's a String Thing Tickled to Tangle. Congratulations! Adele also did something quite unexpected. She created a Zendala with everyone's names who participated in It's a String Thing. What a lovely gesture! Here is the link: Tickled to Tangle Birthday Zendala.
Thank you Diane & Carolien for this challenge.
As luck would have it, Lynn Meade, CZT recently shared her new tangle Abeko. It is simple to do and quite elegant. Thank you Lynn - I love it. I started out using Zendala Dare #79 template, Zendala Dare but as you can see, it morphed into something quite different.
Here is my entry for this week's challenge:
Tangles: Abeko, Retro & Henna
Tangles:
Abeko - Lynn Mead, CZT
Retro - Helena
Henna - Jane MacKugler, CZT

Thank you Diva for this week's challenge.
After working on several projects that required concentration and fine details, I wanted to do something loose and fun. I used curvy lines, instead of straight lines with the hope of a ribbony-effect. The end result was not my intention. It looks either like a horse, or a praying mantis? Oh well, I laughed and decided I would post it anyway!
A picture of a praying mantis that I took last month!
In May I started participating in the FB group Travelling Tangles. Here is one of the first that I received from Anoeska. It was a bit unsettling to tangle on someone else's work, but I really enjoyed the process:
